At the Talkies Bot Store, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for both buyers and vendors. Please read this Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold in the Talkies Bot Store are digital software products (chat bots). Once an order is placed, the sale is complete. The bot is then available for download to the buyer’s account.
2. Final Sale
All sales are final. Because bots are digital products that cannot be “returned”, we do not offer returns or refunds after purchase—whether in full or partial.
3. Payment and Wallets
- When an order is placed, the order’s total amount is deducted from the buyer’s wallet.
- The price of each bot minus the Store’s commission is added to each seller’s wallet.
4. Reporting Vendor Misconduct
While we do not process refunds, we take Code of Conduct violations seriously. If you believe a vendor has violated the Talkies Bot Store Code of Conduct, you may report the issue to the Talkies team.
- Reports will be reviewed promptly.
- If the Talkies team determines that a violation has occurred, we may sanction the vendor as outlined in the Enforcement section of the Code of Conduct.
